Project Management Teams

CST's management teams are comprised of experienced and licensed personnel. Along with overall knowledge of the asbestos industry, each team specializes in a specific area or task. Based on the project specifics, teams are assigned to the type of jobs that they perform best (high-rise, hospitals, factories, etc.). Our remedial programs are custom-made to our client's needs: whether complete removal or satisfaction of federal, state, or local regulations. Close-out Documentation

Upon completion of a project, CST provides its clients with all the pertinent information needed to document the project. This comprehensive documentation will help prevent any future liabilities related to the project. Our package certifies the project as having been completed per Owner/Consultant specifications and federal, state, and local regulations. The submittals can be all inclusive of the following

	Work specifications or procedures
	Notification to appropriate agencies
	Certification of compliance for equipment utilized
	Certification of workers and supervisors including medical examinations
	Asbestos insurance certificate.
	Air sampling reports from certified testing laboratory.
	Records indicating constant differential pressure in the work area.
	Copy of asbestos hauling permit
	Proof of compliance or disposal of asbestos at an EPA approved landfill

Emergency Spill Clean-Up Program

Sprinkler Retrofitting in Occupied Areas

CST Environmental has established a proven track record in assisting building owners and managers with the difficult task of upgrading or installing life-safety and sprinkler systems in occupied buildings.
In most cases, the logistics of impacting asbestos-containing material in an occupied area within a minimum time frame are difficult, at best. Meeting the demanding turn-around time takes a great deal of communication and cooperation between owners, contractors, and occupants.

CST has extensive background in asbestos abatement, seismic retrofit engineering, and structural inspections and has successfully completed many projects in Southern California directly related to the 1994 Northridge earthquake. CST specializes in the project preparation, scrape and respray of structural fireproofing in tenant occupied buildings. To minimize seismic inspection costs and reduce tenant, building, and property management disruption, we perform in coordination with your structural engineer and testing lab.
