“CST Environmental successfully completed the fast-track environmental abatement and demolition of precipitator number three at Allen Steam Plant in Belmont, North Carolina. All the aspects of this project, including proposal, demolition plan, environmental abatement plan, schedule, and work performance far exceeded project expectations. The decommissioning was completed with an active precipitator in service 24 hours a day surrounding and over the top of the idle precipitator. CST was required to leave all in-service utilities and structural components to the remaining active precipitator intact and uninterrupted.”
