Every CST Environmental proposal includes the following insurance coverage, with primary and umbrella policies written on an occurrence basis. The $25 million umbrella policy shown below can be used to increase limits of the general liability, pollution liability, professional liability, employer’s liability, and auto liability policies. CST has additional excess policies which bring total general liability coverage to $100 million.

Asbestos, Lead, Pollution and General Liability:
American International Specialty Lines (an AIG Company, Best Rated AXV)
Limits: $1 million per occurrence
$2 million aggregate (aggregate applies per project)
Worker's Compensation/Employer’s Liability:
American Home Assurance Company
Limits: Statutory limits for Workers Compensation
$1 million Employer’s Liability
Automobile:
Commerce & Industry (an AIG Company)
Limits: $1 million (any auto)
Umbrella Liability (first layer):
American International Specialty Lines (an AIG Company, Best Rated AXV)
Limits: $25 million per occurrence, $25 million aggregate
Bonding
CST Environmental has a bonding capacity of $15 million per project and $60 million aggregate. All bonds are Treasury listed. Additional bonding capacity is available through special arrangement.
