Collectively, the principals of CST Environmental have more than 150 years of abatement, demolition, and construction experience. In addition to strong leadership from top management, the company is proud to retain a core group of key employees – including managerial and field specialists – who have remained with the company for 12 to 18 years or longer. 

Subhas Khara
President
Subhas “Sage” Khara has 23 years of experience in the demolition and environmental remediation industry. He has been president of CST Environmental since founding the company in 1988, and has led the company to its current status as one of the largest demolition and environmental remediation contractors in the United States.

Joseph Chelstowski
Executive Vice President
Joseph “Chet” Chelstowski has 27 years of business development and sales experience in the demolition and environmental remediation industry.  He was a co-founder of CST Environmental in 1988 and has developed proven relationships with building owners, facilities engineering personnel, consultants and industrial hygiene firms.

Thomas J. Moore
Vice President, Operations
T.J. Moore has 24 years of experience in the demolition and environmental remediation industry. He was a co-founder of CST Environmental in 1988, and is a seasoned construction manager of hazardous materials remediation, demolition, and dismantling.

Donald B. McGlamery, Jr.
Sr. Vice President, South and Southeastern Regions
Branch Manager, Houston and Dallas
Don McGlamery has 16 years of experience in the demolition and environmental remediation industry. As vice president of the south and southeastern regions, Don has increased his territories to more than $50 million of annual revenue and has helped bring CST Environmental to the forefront of the industry.

James B. Hall
Vice President, Demolition Division
Jim Hall has 38 years of experience in the demolition and environmental remediation industry. Jim has extensive knowledge of industrial demolition, sales, estimating, negotiation, major contract performance, and commercial and government projects.

Philip Truedinger
Vice President, Director of National Marketing and Sales
Philip Truedinger has 22 years of experience in the demolition and environmental remediation industry, with 7 of those years in consulting, during which time he designed and oversaw large remediation projects.

John Jenkins
Vice President, Branch Manager
John Jenkins has over 7 years of business development and project management experience. John’s responsibilities include estimating projects, interpreting bid documents, specifications and plans, management of the sales, administrative and operational staff of the Florida branch, and developing and maintaining new accounts with general contractors, owners, and facilities engineering personnel.

Joseph Delahunty
Vice President, Branch Manager
Joe Delahunty has over 20 years of activity and experience in the construction industry.  His responsibilities include management of the sales, administrative and operational staff of the Charlotte branch in addition to estimating, interpreting bid documents, specifications and plans, and overall project management.
