As the public awareness of lead dangers has increased, CST has expanded its resources to handle any size of lead removal projects in schools, housing complexes, manufacturing plants, and public facilities. Whether the project requires complete removal, component removal or removing loose and flaking lead paint followed by encapsulation, CST utilizes the safest, most cost-effective techniques to complete the job efficiently

Many Industrial and commercial sites contain other hazardous materials including PCB's, mercury switches, CFC's, Freon, and contaminated soils. CST is equipped to properly remove such contaminants from the site and assure that they are properly disposed of.

In response to increasing complaints due to "sick building syndrome", CST also offers microbial remediation services. Increased requests for qualified contractors to remove materials contaminated by mold and bacteria reflect the concern for the respiratory health and building occupants.
